The Dering Corporation's CShell® adds imaging options to its media packaging.

On August 30, 2005 at the Entertainment Media Expo (EMX) in Hollywood, California, The Dering Corporation unveiled two new options for companies who want to display colorful logos or images directly on their CShell media packaging. In addition to the ability to screen print on CShells, The Dering Corporation will now also provide full-color imaging of your logo and artwork on the surface of CShells, as well as foil stamping with a choice of up to two foils from 33 available foil colors.

"Many companies find that the CShell is an eye-catching alternative over traditional media because it works so well as a marketing tool," says David D. Dering, President CEO of The Dering Corporation. "As soon as we created the CShell, companies wanted to print their logo on it. So we did that. Now, we can offer more ways of having their logo and images on their packaging."

Both new imaging options will be available on all of the CShell products, including the CShell CL™ (Classic), the CShell UL™ (Ultra), CShell SQ™ (Square), CShell BC™ (Business Card), CShell MD™ (Mini-Disc), CShell DB™ (Double), and the DiscSaver®. Each CShell is available in a variety of transparent and opaque colors with 14 colors in all.

CShell packaging was introduced in 1997 as an ultra-slim, lighter weight option to the traditional plastic jewel box design. The original CShell Classic was designed to hold a compact disc and other forms of digital media in a one-piece polypropylene plastic case.
