DRUMMONDVILLE, Quebec, and LANCASTER, Pa., June 12, 2007 - Americ-Dering, the optical media replication joint venture between Americ Disc, Inc., and The Dering Corporation, is pleased to announce the acquisition of U.S. Optical Disc, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1989 and based in Sanford, Maine, U.S. Optical Disc (USOD) is a full service CD replicator focused on serving the audio, software and publishing markets. Following a transition period, USOD customers will be serviced from Americ-Dering's locations in the eastern US, the Midwest and Canada.
